I had another great week.....I did not think I was going to loss any weight this past week. But I am happy to say "I lost 2 more pounds!" I stayed focused on my healthy eating and lifestyle.
The one area I do need to improve is the exercise part. Walking is a big part of my plans....never in a zillion years would I had thought on March 18th we would be getting a 3" Snow Storm and on March 19th they are predicting with wind chill it will be minus 8 degrees. Yep 8 degrees below ZERO! That is what they are predicting for tomorrow! Today a high of 30 degrees .... so I guess you can say today is a warm day! LOL
King and I walk together...but I can not tolerate the windy cold days. I am getting Bone Cold! Cold to the bone!
So this week I plan to do Yoga 2 times a day! Morning and afternoon! That is my plan and I am sticking to it! LOL Well I hope I do!
I did find a great Pizza to make. Take a pre-made Rustic Crust Old World small crust (approx. 140 calories) Add 2 Tablespoons of Pizza or Spaghetti Sauce (max 40 calories) Add fresh Mushrooms & Spinach (10 calories) Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (max 80 calories) Cut up sliced Turkey or Ham (50 calories) Heat 425 for about 10 minutes! Very Tasty
Total approx. 320 calories for a Great Tasting Pizza for Dinner! That is less calories or equal calories to a Lean Cuisine frozen pizza and mine has fresh ingredients!
Super excited this week....Wednesday I am meeting my BBF at Whole Foods in Milwaukee. Yep...our shopping date is cruising Whole Foods for great healthy stuff to eat! YUM! YUM! We plan to also have lunch there! Next week I will let you know ...what goodies I find!
