Want some "ME TIME"?

During this COLD Winter weather....I have a perfect hand cream! Neutrogena Formula® Hand Cream

I use the cream daily...but once a week I pamper myself with my own home manicure.

Join me in a little "ME TIME"

I make sure I have all my items ready to use.

Small bowl
Lavender essential oil
Hand Towel
Nail file
Nail trimmers
Cuticle Stick
Nail polish - primer - color - sealing coat
Neutrogena Formula Hand Cream

Quiet room

I remove all my old polish then I take all my items to my bedroom....turn on my favorite music! then begin...
I add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to a small bowl of warm water. I soak my nails until the water is chilly. 
Dry my nails.  
Then I push back my cuticles, trim my nails and file. Make sure to file in one direction and always use a cuticle stick to push back your cuticles.
Once my nails are trimmed I apply the base coat of polish. While the polish is drying I totally relax....listening to my favorite music. I let the base coat dry for about 5 minutes.  
Then I apply the polish. Again, I totally relax...enjoying the music and peacefulness! Again 5 minutes waiting for the polish to dry.  
Now to apply the top coat polish....again 5 minutes of total relaxation! I usually let my top coat dry 10 minutes!

Finally I add my Neutrogena Formula® Hand Cream .
When I am finished I have great looking nails and hands! Plus, I am relaxed! I had 45 minutes of "ME TIME"! Priceless in this busy world!
