My plan for success is not real complicated! Watch what I eat and portion size. Exercise daily.....Yoga...walks....working around the house.
Plus...I want to do at least one thing new a week. I will be posting success stories and also how I deal with the hard bumps in my road to success. Stop back to check on my journey ....... my Healthy Journey!

Goals for 2013!
Okay...here goes!
1. Lose 40 pounds
2. Lower my Cholesterol to be below 200.......currently 228
3. Add Yoga into my life.
4. Have at least 52 new experiences for 2013
Sounds great! I have decided not to set the bar too high for myself like I did last year....I still am hangin onto that 50lbs, I still smoke...etc. This year I just want to take more pictures of me with my kids. I have TONS of pictures of my hubby with the kids...but I'm always the one with the camera. I have like 2 pics of me with my kids. SO I guess my "Resolution" is to make my husband take more pictures! :)
