Day Two of the New Me!

Day Two and I am still kicking!  I started my Yoga routine today!  WOW!  Who ever says that Yoga is not real exercise is nuts! I signed up for My Yoga Online
Very nice.....I am starting out with the beginners video.   I read that the best way to start is to go slow master the poses and move on. That is what I am doing. Today I master the child's pose.  The correct breathing is so important.  Something I really did not focus on before when I did yoga. This time I am learning each pose correctly - making sure to do it right.
It helps to have a nice surface to work with while doing your Yoga.  I really like my Aurorae Yoga mat!  I am tall 5'9" and it is a perfect length for me.  The surface is nice and with the Lavender Mist...my room seems like a Zen Place! :>)!
Well, got to get ready and head to the store.  I am making a huge pot of Thunder Thigh Thinning Vegetable Soup and also a Cleansing Stinging Nettle Soup.  I will be using Spinach instead of Nettle. My Yoga Online has a great recipe section! In an article they recommend always having a pot vegetable soup in fridge. Great way to eat healthy and fun to make. Works for me...because I love soup and so does my hubby!  Especially with the cold Wisconsin winter!  Be back tomorrow....be safe and be healthy!
